Once a subscription has been successfully activated and the service is functioning as intended, refunds are generally not provided. Refunds may also be refused in situations where the issue is caused by incorrect device setup, incompatible hardware, poor internet connectivity, or violation of our Terms and Conditions. Strong Servers IPTV reserves the right to review each refund request individually and make a final decision based on the circumstances. If a refund request is approved, the payment will be processed through the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
